Where do I find the car in the game?
Tick it in your save's mod list, load the save, then buy it in the shop under Cars.
How do I open the doors?
Ctrl+5 doors, Ctrl+6 hood, Ctrl+9 trunk and Ctrl+8 for a convertible roof. You can change them in Controls.
Does the first car take longer?
Yes, a little: the converter gets itself ready the first time. After that it's straight to converting.
Who gets it?
