Privacy policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

Short version: we store your Discord ID and role, a one-way hash that identifies your PC, and normal server logs. Your car and game files never leave your PC. Ads on this site use Google cookies.

1. Who we are

X_Vision Mods runs xvmods.store and the GTA → Forza Converter. Contact us on our Discord server.

2. What we collect and why

• Discord account: when you sign in, Discord gives us your account ID, username and your roles in the X_Vision Mods server (scopes identify and guilds.members.read). We use them to check you have access. We also store Discord's sign-in tokens so we can re-check your role, and nothing else.
• PC identifier: the Converter sends a one-way hash made from your Windows installation, so one membership works on one PC. It cannot be turned back into your hardware details.
• Membership plan and dates: monthly or lifetime, when you signed in, and when your access was last checked.
• Build showcase: when a build finishes, the Converter posts 3 renders of the converted car, the car names and your Discord display name to the showcase channel in the X_Vision Mods Discord server. You can turn this off at any time in the Converter under Settings → "Share my builds"; ask on our Discord server to have a post removed.
• Problem reports: only when you click "Send report", the Converter uploads that build's logs, settings and preview renders (no car, game or personal files) so we can fix the problem. Reports are deleted once the problem is solved.
• Server logs: like any website, our server records IP addresses, times and pages requested, to keep it secure and working.

We do not collect your car files, game files, mods, email address or payment details. Conversions run entirely on your PC; only the showcase renders above leave it, and only while sharing is on.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by Patreon. We see that you are a member and your tier; Patreon handles your card details under the Patreon privacy policy.

4. Advertising and cookies

• This website shows ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
• Google's advertising cookies let it and its partners show you ads based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Read how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are used.
• The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
• We do not use our own tracking or analytics cookies. The Converter app contains no ads or trackers.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the Converter (Discord, Patreon, our server host) or when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Account data is kept so your membership keeps working and you can come back later without setting up again. Server logs are kept for a short time. Ask on our Discord server and we will delete your data; you will then need to sign in again to use the Converter.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us on our Discord server. You can also remove the Converter's access in Discord under User Settings → Authorized Apps.

8. Children

The Converter and this site are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
