Help with a tool or a car
Press Report inside the tool you were using. It opens a chat with X_Vision support right in the app and, only if you choose to send it, attaches that build's log and previews, so we can see what happened without asking you to dig for files. You get a notification when we reply.
Discord
Our Discord server is our main contact point. Open a support ticket for anything about your account, or ask in the help channels where other members can jump in too. Update announcements and the showcase are there as well.
Membership and billing
- Patreon plans: billing is handled by Patreon. Make sure your Discord account is linked on Patreon, then open a ticket in our Discord if your role doesn't show up.
- XV All Access Pass: paid by card through Stripe on our pass page. Open a Discord ticket with the Discord account you bought it on.

Privacy requests
To see or delete the data we hold about you (your Discord ID, role and PC identifier, as described in our privacy policy), open a ticket in our Discord and tell us what you'd like. We'll confirm it's your account before making any change.

Shops, creators and other partners can reach us through a ticket in our Discord. Our current partners are listed on the partners page.
