Terms & refund policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

Short version: you pay on Patreon, your Discord role unlocks the converter on 1 PC, and all payments are final: no refunds. Cancel any time on Patreon to stop future payments.

These terms apply to the GTA → Forza Converter (the "Converter") and the website xvmods.store, run by X_Vision Mods ("we", "us"). By buying access, installing or using the Converter you agree to them.

1. Access and payment

Access is sold as a Patreon membership. Payments, billing and receipts are handled by Patreon under Patreon's terms; we never see your card details.
The Converter opens only for a Discord account that holds the converter role in the X_Vision Mods Discord server. Patreon gives that role when you link your Discord account on Patreon.
Monthly access lasts while your membership is active. When it ends (cancelled or payment failed), the role is removed and the Converter stops working at its next check, within about 24 hours.
The Converter needs an internet connection: it checks your membership every time it opens and once a day while it runs.

2. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, and memberships you forgot to cancel. You get immediate access to digital software, so there is no cooling-off refund, except where the law of your country requires one.
You can cancel on Patreon at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute ends your access permanently.
Check the FAQ and requirements before you buy. If something does not work, ask on our Discord server and we will try to help.

3. One PC per membership

Each membership works on one PC. Signing in on a second PC is refused.
New PC or reinstalled Windows? Ask on our Discord server and we will move your membership to the new PC.
Your access is personal. Sharing your account, sign-in, or role with anyone else is not allowed.

4. What you may not do

Copy, share, resell, rent or redistribute the Converter, its installer, its downloaded files or any part of them.
Crack, patch, decompile, reverse-engineer or bypass the licence check, or help anyone else do so.
Use the Converter to make and sell other people's work without their permission.

If you break these terms we may remove your access without a refund.

5. Your mods and other people's content

The Converter runs on your PC. You choose which GTA V vehicle files you convert. Make sure you have the right to use them, and follow their authors' permissions and the rules of the games involved.
The Converter does not ship any files from GTA V or Forza Horizon. X_Vision Mods is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Playground Games or Microsoft.
Modding games is at your own risk. Keep backups of your game files.

6. Updates and changes

The Converter updates itself. Features may change, and game updates can break things for a while until we fix them.
"Lifetime" access, once offered, means access for as long as we run the Converter, not for an unlimited time if the product is discontinued.
We may change prices or these terms. Changes apply from the date shown above; continuing to use the Converter means you accept them.

7. No warranty, limited liability

The Converter is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that every vehicle converts perfectly, that it will work with every game version, or that it will be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or damage to game installs or saves, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month.

8. Third-party software

The Converter downloads a copy of Blender, which is free software under the GNU GPL and its own licence terms (see the licence folder that comes with it). Payments and sign-in use Patreon and Discord under their own terms.
